"We have used Arizona Copier Outlet at our real estate business for over 7 years now. The biggest thing that I can say is that, as the office manager, they make my life so easy. The owner, the office staff and the repairman, Mark, exude amazing customer service. I only have to make one phone call or one email and my issue is solved, whether it is a tech question, a repair , ordering toner, or upgrading a machine. I never have to follow up or beg someone to help me. I would give you 10 stars if I could."

"Can I tell you a story about Jon Law and ACO. I have been a trial attorney in Phoenix for more than 30 years. For 20 years, Jon Law provided my firm with good copiers, reasonably priced. I never had a complaint. However, about 5 years ago I met someone in a golf foursome who sold copiers and decided to conduct business with him. Jon was upset but I chose to do business with this other company. The change was a disaster in every sense of the deal. After having lost a great deal of money, and substantial inconvenience because of a bad copier, my lease expired and I immediately sought Jon out. He sold me another fantastic, refurbished copier, again, at a great price. Now my business has an efficient copier once again. Seriously, Jon is the best! I hope that our relationship lasts for a long time! "
